Who we are
International Railway Mission (IRM) is an interdenominational federation which connects christian fellowships with railroadmen all over europe and the world. Beside this the IRM offers every three year an inspiring and recovering conference- and leisure week. It serves to exchange experiences and enjoy fellowship to the participants. Since the foundation of the IRM in 1926 twelve associations were added to this federation. Youngest member is India (since 2013). Contacts to France, North America and New Zealand are in progress.
Vision
Christians who work with the railway shall be encouraged to start local or regional meetings and to form a national railway mission.
Aim
The main issue is that Christians with the railway may find ways and possibilities to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ in such a manner that their co-workers will recognize and experience the living God.
